Paper-based operations & manual entry
Policies were managed on paper and keyed in by hand: slow, error-prone and hard to search.
A guided three-step online quote replaces forms and re-typing, with validation at every field.
Taking a Saudi insurer from paper files to one digital platform for customers, companies, agents and admins.
Wataniya Insurance partnered with CMARIX to move its traditional insurance services onto a single digital platform, so buying a policy, filing a claim or checking its status no longer meant paperwork and waiting.
The goal was a faster insurance process, a better experience for customers, and easy access to every Wataniya product, from motor and marine to medical malpractice.
Before the platform, operations ran on paper and manual data entry. Records were slow to find, errors crept in, customers couldn't serve themselves online, and keeping up with Saudi regulations or growing volumes was a constant struggle. Each screen below answers one of those problems.

Without a live system, up-to-date information was hard to reach, slowing decisions and service.
Live dashboards per business line show policies, premium and customers the moment they change.

Customers had no way to view policies, make claims or resolve queries online.
Customers buy, pay and track their policy online, with a clear price breakdown before they confirm.

Rising data volumes and changing Saudi regulations were hard to handle on paper.
One scalable hub lets staff switch between business lines, built so rules and terms can be updated easily.
We started with the people and processes, mapped every paper flow into a digital one, and designed a system built for regulation, growth and everyday ease of use.
Detailed sessions with Wataniya to understand existing processes, pain points and requirements.
Every paper-based process documented, its dependencies understood, and redesigned as a digital workflow.
An insurance management system tailored to Wataniya’s needs, shaped by what the consultations revealed.
Designed around Saudi insurance regulations, and easy to update as rules change.
Built to handle growing volumes of data and transactions as the business grows.
Intuitive screens so employees and customers can find their way without training manuals.
Hands-on training for Wataniya’s staff after launch, with ongoing support.

Every user type gets its own interface and access controls, shaped around what they actually need to do. Pick a role to see it.
View policy details and payment history, make claims, track claim status and get queries resolved, all online and securely.
Policyholder companies manage corporate policies, add or remove employees, track claims and pull detailed reports to make decisions.
Manage customers and policies, issue new policies, handle renewals, track claims, and follow their own sales and commission performance.
Run every part of the system: users, policies, claims and reports, plus policy terms, premium rates and commission structures.
Everything an admin can do, plus managing admins, setting access controls and overseeing security and compliance.
A dark, data-dense dashboard puts premium, installments, renewals, quotations, claims, transactions and customers side by side, with each insurance line one click away.

Data migration, integration with Wataniya's existing systems and security were planned from day one: encryption, access controls and regular audits protect sensitive insurance data.
Two primary blues carry the brand. Five secondary colours help people tell insurance lines and statuses apart at a glance.
The brand typeface: open, geometric letterforms that stay readable in dense tables and dashboards.
